Swickis and Feedback of the Week

March 28, 2006

Here are a few swickis I recommend checking out to get some creative fodder when making your next one as their results really are pretty phenominal. Techcrunch Swicki, PR Search Engine , and Somewhat Frank's search are just a few of the many thousands out there.

At the MIX06 conference last week I met another attendee, Matthew, who started a blog for his baby boy and in his words: The only web site dedicated to baby boys, their mamas and baby boy stuff, baby boy clothing, fun and funky products all about your baby boy which sells his favorite products and advice on .

So I told him about our self serve swicki product and he built it right there and attached it to his site in just 5 minutes. Matthew likes it because he can see what new keywords people go to his site to look for, what new items he may be missing from his blog, and overall it gives him creative fodder on what to write about next.

Colin Fitz-Gerald has built three swickis to shout "swicki" a bit more loudly from his rooftops. Not to be outdone, Donovan Watts has one for his own blog, one for hoop building, a great one for saving coral reefs, and one on becoming the media - looks like he's surely on his way.

The daily feedback ain't so bad either. Will Asrari says he prefers the dot net search engine while researching C#.

My Favorite Quote of the Week:

"When you first told me of Eurekster I registered the cloud "wind power" and virtually forgot about it. Three days ago it suddenly came alive. I made small changes to the search criterion and now have 10's of thousands of hits, about 50% relevant."

"...how can I invest in your company?"

So please make us happy and keep your swickis flowing and we'll write about you and promote your blog or site! :).
