Eurekster Launches Self Help Health Swickis

April 1, 2008

San Francisco, CA (Eurekster)--Five self-help health care swickis launched today to help users find information for health, fitness, and weight loss. These swickis use our latest social media template, which allows people to vote, comment, and suggest results of their own. Swickis now available to self-helpers include:

  1. Top Lifestyle Diets: People can learn about numerous diets and connect with others who are working on weight loss.
  2. Healthy Pregnancy: Moms can find exercise and nutrition advice to stay fit during and after pregnancy.
  3. Easy Exercise: Fitness beginners can get ideas for simple exercises.
  4. Muscle Junkies: Workout aficionados can find tips on supplements, nutrition, and fitness regimens.
  5. Find Your Yoga Style: People can discover advice and information about yoga styles, techniques, and poses.

This launch into self help health care follows last month's five do-it-yourself home improvement swickis. Each month we'll introduce more targeted swickis.

Swickis are custom search tools that are enhanced by community interaction. Swickis can be posted to other sites as widgets, and individuals can build their own swickis around any topic.
