It's always good to see your name in print. So naturally, we're happy to get a little pub from Danny Sullivan over at Search Engine Land. His article, "Preview: Search Engine Land's SMX Social Media Marketing Conference," outlines the upcoming conference in Long Beach, California this April. Our CEO, Steven Marder, will be one of the panelists for "Social Search: The Human Challengers." Jason Calacanis of Mahalo and Jimmy Wales of Wikia Search will also be on the panel. They'll offer their perspectives on how human editing of algorithmic search results is changing the landscape of search.

He will share his knowledge of the social search industry on the "Personalized Search Revolution" panel on Wednesday, February 27 at 10:45am. He will be speaking alongside Phil McDonnel, Software Engineer at Google as well as Cris Pierry, Senior Director of Product Management at Yahoo. Many search providers are already experimenting with both blended and personalized search, so this panel should offer some extremely valuable insight into this rising trend.
